The Grinder’s Switch Music and Arts Festival will celebrate its 23rd year in 2015. This festival is held every year on the Saturday following Labor Day on the historic Centerville Town Square. This event features musical entertainment from 10 am until 11pm with bands performing bluegrass, country and southern rock. Food vendors offer up all types of foods from barbecued ribs and chicken to fried catfish to all types of desserts. Soap makers, handmade jewelry, painters, wood turners and repurposers are just a few of the vendors that show up to sell outstanding wares. Our historic courthouse also features antique vendors set up inside the building with primitives, vintage and collectible items.
